I have to admit This hard exterior, is breaking Chipping away, ever so slowly, bit by bit I admit it I'm not as tough as I appear I'm just a sensitive kid who's been though alot I have weaknesses I have flaws But thats me, human Little by little I will no longer hide myself Little by little The wall is breaking down And I'm coming out of my shell So make way world! And brace yourself Cause there's a new force sweeping the nation With more confidence And less, self consciousness So watch out Cause here I come With a vengence And a tad more self-confident Believe it!

All you do is think of yourself. Your thoughts as dark as hell. Do you not know how much this hurts us so? It's not the thoughts that just burns you. You're tearing me and your friends apart. We love you, care for you, wish for your safety. Every time your thoughts darken, you wish to injure or hurt yourself. Talk about it with us, laugh, or do something to lighten your mood. We're here for you. We want to help, to keep you on your feet. Every time you injure yourself, you injure us. No more please, we feel as if there's no end. Like you don't even want our help. Change that by changing your thoughts. For if you end your life, you end others
